To comply with Klarna’s 14-day return and refund policy, all items purchased through Klarna are eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

 

Customers have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving their order. Returns for Klarna purchases must be refunded to the original payment method — store credits, exchanges, or restock fees are not applicable.
